We want you to be happy with Ledger.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — our 30-day money-back guarantee.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Ledger.com orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or contact our support team and we will initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
What happens next
Once approved, Paddle will return the funds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. For refund eligibility of the current billing period, the 30-day window above applies from the most recent charge.
